Nestle Bangladesh starts exporting in SriLanka with Ceregrow
Nestlé Bangladesh PLC has officially begun exporting to Sri Lanka, marking a major step forward in the company’s international growth and regional trade collaboration. The export rollout features Nestlé CEREGROW, a nutrient-rich milk and cereal-based food for children, now available in Sri Lanka and produced locally at Nestlé’s manufacturing facility in Sreepur, Gazipur stated in a report.
The launch ceremony, held on 9 July in Dhaka, was graced by H.E. Mr. Dharmapala Weerakkody, the Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Bangladesh. Commending the initiative, he stated, “This export venture not only enhances regional integration but also supports the health and well-being of families in both countries.”
With over three decades of operation in Bangladesh, Nestlé has positively impacted around 20,000 families through its supply chain and community programs. This new export milestone not only strengthens regional trade ties but also reinforces Bangladesh’s reputation for producing high-quality, nutrition-focused consumer products.
