Samsung has updated its SmartHome app, SmartThings with a new and fresher-looking User Interface. They replaced the color scheme of the app and introduced a new layout with five new spaces. The new spaces are:
- Favorites – a new home screen, with quick access to users’ most-used devices and scenes
- Devices – for a full list of all connected smart devices.
- Life – for access to Samsung’s add-on services, like SmartThingsCooking
- Automations – for creating and organizing Samsung’s if-this-then-that automation
- Menu – for notifications, settings, and device history.
The new update will launch on the Android systems with the iOS version to launch soon, per Samsung.
