โ€œNot all heroes wear capes, some wear scrubs.โ€

You may have been seeing this quote a lot more lately for obvious reasons given the situation. It wasnโ€™t until recently when our eyes were opened to the harsh reality of doctors, and everyone involved in the health industry, and the silent sacrifices they make, day in and day out.

Never the ones to be acknowledged, every doctor or surgeon pledge their whole life to the betterment of others. This has been proven time and time again. On the devastating night of 26th March 1971, doctors all across the country put the lives of others over their own. 49 years later, they continue to do the same as the world fights against a pandemic.

Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limited recently came out with a campaign, in light of 26th March 1971. The implications of their campaign remain true even in the current situation. The campaign states that the real fighters of any war that we face are the doctors, sacrificing their wellbeing for others.

That being said, they deserve all the appreciation and respect that they can get. The lives of everyone working in the health industry is not easy, and we have all been blind to their selflessness until recently. Just like Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limitedโ€™s awareness campaign, we should also pay our respects to all the doctors fighting with the war right now and acknowledge their efforts to keep us safe and healthy.

The storytelling and execution of Beacon Pharmaceuticalsโ€™ campaign were impeccable, and the message a true eye-opener. What do you think of their awareness campaign? Let us know if you agree, and for more Bangladeshi advertising updates, stay with Markedium.

With an unhealthy obsession for all things Harry Potter, I have always been the nerdy girl who colored inside the lines and lived by the rules. I guess those were the first signs that gave away the fact that Iโ€™d grow up to be a bona fide perfectionist. I'm currently working on getting my business degree with big dreams of making a positive change for humanity. As of now, Iโ€™m in my final year at BRAC University, majoring in Finance and Marketing. I believe in constant growth and learning, hence I'm always up for new challenges! The world of business has always fascinated me and I'm striving to be a significant part of it. But, my love for reading and writing is and always has been the center of my life.
