Global smartphone brand Infinix has launched the NOTE Edge in Bangladesh, expanding its Note series with a curved-screen 5G smartphone positioned in the upper-mid price segment. The device targets users who expect their phones to hold up over several years of daily use, combining a premium look with durability, software longevity, and stable performance, as stated in the press release.
Smartphone usage in Bangladesh has increasingly shifted toward longer daily screen time, heavier multitasking, and fewer upgrade cycles. Infinix says the NOTE Edge has been designed with this reality in mind, focusing on long-term usability rather than short-term feature appeal, and positioning the device for three to four years of regular use.
The NOTE Edge features a 3D-curved 1.5K Ultra HD Eye Protection with ultra-narrow four-sided symmetrical bezels. The curved design is intended for an immersive experience during extended use, whether for reading, social media, video calls, or entertainment. Paired with a slim 7.2mm body and a pearlescent design, the device is designed to feel balanced in hand while maintaining a refined appearance for everyday use.
Performance demands today are shaped less by peak speed and more by consistency across daily tasks. The NOTE Edge is powered by the world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor, which Infinix says delivers smooth multitasking, stable gaming performance, and efficient power usage over time, with an emphasis on sustained reliability rather than benchmark-driven performance.
Battery life remains a central concern for many users, particularly those who rely on navigation, messaging, video, and work apps throughout the day. The NOTE Edge includes a 6500mAh battery, which Infinix says is designed to support a full day of heavy use for endurance. Battery self-healing technology is also included to help slow capacity loss over time, supporting longevity of the device.
Software support has become increasingly important for users who plan to keep their devices longer. The NOTE Edge runs on XOS 16, featuring memory-aware scheduling aimed at maintaining responsiveness and stability over prolonged use. Infinix has confirmed three years of OS updates and five years of security patches, positioning the device as a longer-term, secure option in its segment.
Reliable connectivity remains critical in everyday environments where network quality can vary. The NOTE Edge supports 5G and includes UPS 3.0 technology for sensitivity, which improves weak or low-frequency network signals by up to 50 percent, helping deliver more stable connectivity in indoor and high-traffic settings.
For everyday photography needs, the NOTE Edge features a 50MP camera supported by AI RAW+ Live Photo Mode. This designed to provide precision, deliver clean, natural images suited for daily use and social sharing. The smartphone also has one-stop AI image processing One-click photo output intelligence to make content creation truly simple. With 4500nits Peak Brightness Dual Speaker Stereo even in noisy environments, you can hear more clearly and see more brightly with reliability.
AI-based system optimization works in the background to simplify use and improve efficiency without adding complexity.
Alongside the launch, Infinix reaffirmed its long-term commitment to women’s football in Bangladesh, underscoring the brand’s role in nurturing the sport’s steady growth and empowering female athletes. This initiative reflects Infinix’s broader vision of championing inclusivity, youth engagement, and national pride through sports.
To further strengthen this association, National Women’s Team footballer Ritu Porna Chakma and team captain Afeida Khandaker have officially joined as brand ambassadors. Their involvement not only amplifies Infinix’s voice in supporting women athletes but also symbolizes the resilience, talent, and leadership that the brand seeks to inspire among the youth of Bangladesh.
The device is primarily available in Silk Green and Lunar Titanium, with additional color options including Stellar Blue and Shadow Black.
The Infinix NOTE Edge is available in Bangladesh priced at BDT 29,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and BDT 31,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant. The smartphone is now available nationwide through authorized retail stores and online platforms.
