Enroute International Limited has recently penned a contract with MetLife Bangladesh. Under this agreement, executives recruited by Enroute will have insurance coverage from MetLife as stated in the Press Release.

Enroute International Limited is a leading HR consultancy firm in Bangladesh serving over 18 years. Enroute partnered with national and multinational organizations to support them with workforce solutions, operational management, and strategic HR advisory services.

The company has selected MetLife as their employee insurance provider due to MetLife’s expertise in providing customized and innovative solutions, including cashless hospital and ambulance services, advance client dashboard, faster payment of insurance claims, and financial strength.

In Bangladesh, MetLife provides insurance protection to around 1 million individual customers and over 300,000 employees & their dependents of more than 900 organizations. In the year 2024, MetLife policyholders received about BDT 2,895 crore in claims.

The agreement was signed by Md Shahjad Hussain Jishan, Chief Operating Officer, Enroute International Limited and Ala Uddin, DMD & Chief Financial Officer, MetLife Bangladesh, at the former’s office premises.
