BRAC Bank has revamped its specialized banking proposition ‘Dyuti’ with an enhanced Dyuti Savings Account and a new Dyuti Salary Account, bringing a more comprehensive set of banking solutions to employees of the government, autonomous bodies and state-owned organizations as stated in the Press Release.

Since its launch, Dyuti has served as BRAC Bank’s specialized banking proposition for government employees. The revamped proposition takes Dyuti into its next phase, reflecting the bank’s broader approach to serving this important customer segment by creating greater value across their banking relationship.

At the centre of the revamped proposition is the Dyuti Savings Account, now offering a range of preferential benefits. Customers can enjoy a free Visa Multi-Currency Debit Card for the first year, free intercity transactions and SMS alerts, and no account maintenance fee for maintaining an average balance of BDT 50,000. The account also offers monthly interest, access to Astha digital banking and 24/7 customer support.

The evolution of Dyuti also introduces the Dyuti Salary Account for government employees who receive their salaries through BRAC Bank. Designed to make salary banking more rewarding, the account offers five free monthly withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs and a free first 10-leaf chequebook. Customers can also access tailored financial solutions, including special offers on personal loans and credit cards, subject to applicable criteria.

Together, the enhanced Savings Account and new Salary Account mark a new chapter for Dyuti, giving government employees the flexibility to choose a banking relationship that fits their needs— whether they are looking for a dedicated savings solution or choosing BRAC Bank as their salary banking partner.

Commenting on the enhanced proposition, Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branch Distribution Network at BRAC Bank, said: “Government employees play a vital role in running the state and advancing the country’s development. Their contribution deserves banking services that are modern, personalised and built around their evolving needs. Through ‘Dyuti’, we aim to bring them technology-enabled banking, tailored financial solutions and a range of privileges that recognise the value of their service.”

The revamped Dyuti proposition is part of BRAC Bank’s continued effort to make its banking solutions more relevant to the specific needs of the communities it serves. Government employees can open a ‘Dyuti’ account at any BRAC Bank branch or through the Bank’s 24/7 Call Centre at 16221. Existing customers may also transfer their salary arrangements to BRAC Bank to access Dyuti Salary Account benefits, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
