Uber, Bangladesh’s leading ridesharing app, today announced the launch of Uber Parcel, an on-demand delivery service that enables users to conveniently send documents, essentials and other eligible packages through the Uber app as stated in the Press Release.
Designed to make everyday deliveries simpler and more convenient, Uber Parcel connects users with drivers for point-to-point parcel delivery. Users can request a pickup on demand or schedule one in advance, giving them greater flexibility when sending or receiving items.
Uber Parcel includes features designed to provide greater visibility and convenience throughout the delivery journey. Users can track their parcel in real time using GPS, while a PIN verification system helps ensure that parcels are handed over to the intended recipient. Users can also add delivery instructions to help make pickups and drop-offs smoother.
From sending important documents and office materials to vendor supplies, customer orders, gifts, personal belongings and other eligible packages, Uber Parcel is designed to support a range of everyday personal and business needs. Users can also choose to receive items through Parcel, making it easier to have eligible packages delivered directly to them.

How to send a parcel with Uber Parcel
- Open the Uber app and select Parcel.
- Select Send items or Receive items, depending on your delivery need.
- Enter the pickup and drop-off locations.
- Add the required parcel and recipient details.
- Add any relevant delivery instructions and select a pickup time, including a scheduled pickup if required.
- Review the delivery information and confirm the request.
- Track the parcel in real time and share the PIN with the recipient for verification.
