Pallab’s impressive career journey showcases his remarkable achievements and contributions to various telecommunications giants across different countries. Before joining Robi Axiata Limited, he served as the Director of Sales & Distribution at OOREDOO in Myanmar. During his tenure, he was instrumental in developing multi-channel sales and marketing strategies, leading to increased market share. Additionally, he played a key role in the redesign and relaunch of the wallet business, fostering innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Prior to his stint at OOREDOO, Pallab held the position of Marketing Director at Airtel in Kenya. His expertise in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies was evident during his time at Airtel, where he contributed significantly to the company’s success in a highly competitive market.
Pallab’s illustrious career also includes working with prominent telecom companies such as Telenor, Sitema, Vodafone, Maxis, and Hutchison Telecom East Ltd. in India. Each role he undertook provided him with invaluable experience, further cementing his reputation as a seasoned telecom professional.
His academic qualifications complement his extensive practical experience, as he earned an MBA from IISWBM and a B.Sc. from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in Bangalore.
