Rancon Motor Bikes Ltd. has entered into a partnership with MetLife Bangladesh to provide complimentary insurance coverage to eligible Suzuki motorcycle buyers. The initiative supports safer travel and responsible commuting for motorcycle riders in Bangladesh as stated in the Press Release.
Under the partnership, customers who purchase new Suzuki motorcycles from authorized Rancon Motorbikes Limited dealers and flagship showroom points will receive one year of complimentary insurance coverage.
The coverage will commence from the date of purchase. The complimentary insurance provides coverage in the event of accidental death or permanent disability, as defined in the policy.
Customers may also choose to enroll in a voluntary insurance plan which is available to both new and existing Suzuki motorcycle owners.
The voluntary plan offers additional coverage options, including accident-related medical expense reimbursement and daily hospital cash benefits for a limited period, subject to policy terms.
All claims are subject to policy conditions and standard assessment procedures.
The agreement was signed by Ala Uddin, Additional Managing Director and CFO of MetLife Bangladesh, and Quazi Ashiq-Ur-Rahman, Executive Director of Rancon Motor Bikes Ltd., on behalf of their respective organizations.
Senior representatives from both companies were present at the signing ceremony.
This partnership reflects a shared focus on customer awareness, road safety, and access to insurance solutions.
