Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden marked World Tourism Day 2026 with a cake-cutting observance at the hotel on 27 September, acknowledging the importance of tourism in connecting cultures, celebrating heritage and creating memorable experiences as stated in the Press Release.
The cake was cut by Brig Gen A N M Manzoorul Haque Mazumder, Chief Executive Officer of Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, and Zubair Chowdhury, Hotel Manager, in the presence of members of the hotel team, as a simple gesture to mark the occasion.
Coinciding with the observance, the hotel is hosting “Bangladesh on a Plate,” a special culinary festival at Water Garden Brasserie, running from 24 to 30 September 2026. The festival celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Bangladesh, bringing together an array of local favorites in a specially curated buffet that offers guests an opportunity to rediscover the country’s diverse flavors.
