Monno Ceramics partners with Lenox Corporation to Expand in US Market

Monno Ceramic Industries Ltd has partnered with Lenox Corporation, a leading American premium tableware brand, to expand its footprint in the US market. The Bangladeshi ceramics manufacturer has been officially enlisted as a vendor to supply porcelain and bone china tableware for Lenox’s operations in the United States.

The agreement, recently approved by Monno’s board of directors, was disclosed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website. In return, Lenox gains access to a reliable and cost-efficient supply chain to support its product offerings. The announcement follows a strong financial performance in the third quarter of FY2024–25, during which Monno Ceramics posted a profit of Tk 3.84 crore, fueled by increased revenue and other income streams.

As of June 30, 2025, the company’s shareholding structure stood at 37.43% held by sponsors and directors, 13.32% by institutional investors, 0.10% by foreign investors, and 49.15% by the general public.
