Instagram tests ads in Instagram Shops1 min read

Instagram launched a new advertising product in its Instagram Shops. The company stated that it is now testing the product with single image and image carousel with selected U.S based advertisers with the aim to expand globally in the coming months.

The company launched Instagram shops last year as its goal to also become the online shopping destination.  The new ad product will follow the already used auction-based model. The ads will be visible on mobile as the shop is only mobile feature.
