Grameenphone, the country’s leading telecommunications service provider, has recently further strengthened its customer engagement in the northern region by inaugurating a brand-new Grameenphone Centre (GPC) at close to Alupotti, Rajshahi as stated in the pess release.

Reflecting Rajshahi’s pride, heritage, and culture, the design of the new GPC incorporates motifs inspired by silk cocoons and folk motifs painted on clay house. This unique blend of tradition with modernity creates an authentic customer experience.

In line with Grameenphone’s commitment to sustainability, the centre will operate with paperless customer service, fully equipped with modern digital tools and a team of trained professionals to ensure fast and seamless service delivery.

Farha Naz Zaman, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Grameenphone, inaugurated the GPC. Md. Atiqul Hossain, Circle Business Head of Rajshahi, Grameenphone, and Abdulla Al Mahmud, Head of Customer Service, Grameenphone, along with other officials from Grameenphone and distinguished guests, were also present at the inaugural ceremony.

Speaking at the inauguration, Farha Naz Zaman, CMO of Grameenphone, said “At Grameenphone, we always strive to stay closer to our customers by combining innovation with cultural pride. The new Grameenphone Centre in Rajshahi is a reflection of this vision—where modern digital services meet the heritage and traditions of this historic city. We believe this centre will play a vital role in connecting and empowering the vibrant youth community of Rajshahi while creating meaningful value for all our customers.”

At the new GPC, customers can access a wide range of services including SIM replacement, new SIM activations, ownership transfers, roaming facilities, handsets, routers, and GP IoT solutions such as alo and gpfi. In addition, the centre will offer exclusive promotions, experiential campaigns, and seasonal offers tailored to customer needs.

Customers will also enjoy added benefits such as instant discounts, personalized consultations, and door-to-door service options, making the GPC a one-stop solution for convenience, culture, and connectivity.
