Energypac Power Generation PLC has officially launched its latest service initiative for all Chinese commercial vehicles, the ‘Amar Gari 5S Service Center’ at Vogra, Gazipur in Dhaka Mymensing Highway. This 5S service center is dedicated to providing specialized service for the rapidly growing segment of Chinese commercial vehicles in the country, as stated in the press release.
Due to economic growth, the demand for commercial vehicles in the country is constantly increasing. The gap is now being filled by a large number of Chinese commercial vehicles operating across the country. With two decades of experience in the automobile industry, Energypac has introduced the ‘Amar Gari 5S Service Center’ as a strategic move to support this evolving market nationwide. The center would be the country’s first and largest service center for Chinese commercial vehicle servicing and a reliable source of genuine spare parts. Apart from Chinese commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, and double-cabin pickups, this service center will also provide service facilities for Chinese construction machinery.
Speaking on the initiative, Humayun Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of Energypac Power Generation PLC stated, “As Bangladesh’s automobile industry continues to grow so we have witnessed a significant shift In the market. At Enerypac, we recognized the need for a one-stop service center for Chinese Commercial Vehicles to meet the evolving demands. And we have stepped forward with a vision to elevate the country’s automotive service sector to global standards. Through our service center we aim to set new benchmark in quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.”
The center is designed to ensure vehicle longevity, customer satisfaction, and operational continuity for commercial users. It is equipped to service up to 20 vehicles simultaneously and supported by an initial workforce of 50 highly trained and skilled personnel, who are experts in this arena. The center also features a 24/7 support system for customers. The company plans to expand Amar Gari 5S Service Center nationwide, which will ultimately create employment for around 1,000 people.
The Amar Gari 5S Service Center is a significant milestone in Energypac’s ongoing journey towards enhancing agility solutions for Bangladesh’s evolving automobile landscape.
