Coca-Cola Bangladesh Appoints Laila Farzana as Director, Front Line Marketing

Coca-Cola Bangladesh, one of the country’s leading beverage companies, has announced the appointment of Laila Farzana as Director – Front Line Marketing.

Laila brings over 16 years of experience in marketing, media, digital transformation, trade marketing, and category management across some of Bangladesh’s leading consumer-focused organizations. Prior to joining Coca Cola Bangladesh, she served as DMC (Digital Marketing, Media, and dCommerce) Lead at Unilever Bangladesh, where she led the company’s Digital Marketing, Media, and dCommerce functions across brands, anchoring the governance of the organization’s media investment.

Over the course of an eight-year career at Unilever, Laila held several leadership positions spanning category management, customer marketing, and media, driving data-led growth strategies and building iconic brands. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and trade leadership roles at Grameenphone, Banglalink, and Swisscontact-Katalyst. Laila is recognized for her strategic marketing expertise, consumer-centric approach, and ability to build brands through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Speaking on her appointment, Laila Farzana, Director – Front Line Marketing Coca-Cola Bangladesh, said, “I am excited to join Coca-Cola Bangladesh and contribute to the growth of its iconic portfolio. I look forward to creating meaningful consumer experiences, strengthening our brands, and working closely with our teams, bottling partners, customers, and stakeholders to drive growth across the market.”

Speaking on the appointment, Moin Ullah Chowdhury, Managing Director, Coca-Cola Bangladesh Limited, said, “We are delighted to welcome Laila to Coca-Cola Bangladesh. Her diverse experience across marketing and commercial functions will further strengthen our team. We wish her every success in her new role.”

An alumnus of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, Laila brings valuable experience in customer marketing, and consumer-centric strategies to drive business growth.

Coca-Cola Bangladesh Limited (CCBL) is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), headquartered in Atlanta, USA. Through its authorized bottling partners—Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverage Limited (CCBB) and Abdul Monem Limited (AML)—TCCC has operated in Bangladesh since 1962, manufacturing and marketing a portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages that includes Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sprite Mint, Fanta, Fanta Apple, Kinley Water, Kinley Soda, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite Zero Sugar.
