BAT Bangladesh Welcomes Shabab Ahmed Choudhury As The Head Of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs1 min read
Shabab Ahmed Choudhury has been appointed as the Head of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs at BAT Bangladesh from 1st April 2024. Shabab has recently completed 15 years with BAT Group, during which he has assumed various pivotal roles across multiple countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the UK. In his recent stint in the UK, he successfully performed the role of Head of Commercial Finance-DBS.

Shabab completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from North South University (NSU). His journey with BAT Bangladesh commenced in 2009 when he joined the company as a Finance Management Trainee.
In a message, Shabab shared, “I am truly honored to rejoin BAT Bangladesh as part of the leadership team. With a legacy spanning over 114 years, the company has been supporting the government as a key partner in its development journey, and we look forward to continuing on this path to ensure a better tomorrow for all.”
