Alice Labs, an AI-driven sales and support platform for online businesses, has received a BDT 1 crore investment from Startup Bangladesh Limited, a government-backed venture capital firm. The infusion is set to advance Alice Labs’ mission of delivering an integrated platform for customer support, sales, and marketing to direct-to-consumer brands. This investment is geared towards bolstering revenue and streamlining operational costs.

Reportedly, utilized by over 150 businesses in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, MyAlice, the flagship product, will receive funding to bolster ongoing efforts in developing Generative AI-based automation. This initiative aims to unlock additional sales opportunities, as emphasized by Shuvo Rahman, Managing Director of Alice Labs.
