Customers can now choose Instant, 4-Hour, Same-Day, Next-Day, and Hub Drop services based on their needs and budget
Pathao, Bangladesh’s #1 Super App, today announced the expansion of its Parcel service with a new suite of delivery options designed to give customers greater flexibility, speed, and affordability. Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all model, customers can now choose the delivery experience that best fits their urgency, convenience and budget as stated in the Press Release.
The expanded offering includes:
Instant – Pickup within approximately 10 minutes and delivery within 1 hour for urgent intra-city deliveries.
4-Hour – Fast intra-city delivery within 4 hours for customers who need speed without paying for instant service.
Same-Day – Convenient same-day delivery for non-urgent intra-city parcels.
Anywhere – Affordable nationwide delivery within 1–3 days, with pickup from the customer’s location.
Hub Drop – The most economical option, allowing customers to drop off parcels at a nearby Pathao Hub for nationwide delivery within 1–3 days.
Initially, the Instant, 4-Hour, and Same-Day options will be available for intra-city deliveries in select locations, while Anywhere and Hub Drop services will enable affordable nationwide shipping.

The launch reflects changing consumer behavior, as individuals and small businesses increasingly seek delivery options that balance speed, cost and convenience. By introducing multiple service levels, Pathao aims to make parcel delivery more accessible while helping optimize logistics operations and improve delivery efficiency.
The addition of Hub Drop also offers customers a significantly lower-cost alternative by allowing them to drop off parcels at designated Pathao Hubs, making reliable nationwide shipping even more affordable.
The new delivery options are available through the latest version of the Pathao app, where customers can click on the Parcel tile to compare delivery timelines and pricing before confirming their shipment.
