For the first time in Bangladesh, MetLife Bangladesh’s mobile app, One by MetLife (formerly known as 360Health), is now accessible across all three major digital platforms – iOS, Android, and Web. This expansion ensures that a wider group of people, whether using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection, can now access essential health and financial protection services more easily than ever before, according to press release.

One by MetLife has now over 13 lakh downloads and can be used by anyone. With around half of the population in Bangladesh now having internet access, the availability of One by MetLife on multiple platforms means that millions more can now benefit from its personalized health awareness tools, disease prevention resources, and financial planning features. Users will have 24/7 access to Free Tele-doctor consultations, Online Medicine Delivery, Specialist Doctor Appointment Booking, Different Discount offers, Free Health Assessments (BMI Calculator, Cardio / Diabetes Risk Assessments) and the ability to analyze financial priorities to identify the best financial protection solutions, said to press release.

With the rising prevalence of critical illnesses and chronic diseases, combined with escalating healthcare costs, access to quality medical services remains a challenge for many in Bangladesh. MetLife developed the 360Health app as part of its commitment to making a tangible difference in people’s lives by providing affordable and accessible digital health solutions.
