Firsttrip and Eastern Bank PLC Partner To Offer Exclusive Benefits For Travelers

Firsttrip, a premium online travel agency, and Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) have signed an agreement for EBL SKYPAY – EBL’s online payment gateway service, and to collaborate in enhancing customer benefits and improving travel experiences, said in press release.

The agreement was signed by Ahsan Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Digital Financial Services, EBL, and Sohail Majid, Group COO of US-Bangla Group OTAs at a ceremony in EBL Head Office. Under this partnership, EBL & Firsttrip will offer exclusive offers and seamless booking experiences through the Firsttrip app and website through EBL SKYPAY, according to press release.

Senior officials from both organizations, including Faisal M. Fathe – Ul Islam, Head of M-Commerce & E-Commerce, Md. Ariful Hoque, Head, Acquisition & Partership and Saif Bin Rashid, Unit Head, Merchant Acquisition, E-Commerce from EBL and Hasnain Rafiq, COO and  Mir Tajmul Hossain, Head of marketing from FirstTrip were present at the event.

This collaboration underscores Firsttrip’s commitment to delivering premium value and convenience to travellers across the country.
