Coca-Cola Enters The Prebiotic Soda Market With Simply Pop

Coca-Cola is making a bold move into the wellness beverage space with Simply Pop, a juice-based soda packed with prebiotic fiber, Vitamin C, and zinc for added health benefits reportedly.

Announced on Tuesday, Simply Pop delivers six grams of prebiotic fiber to support gut health, along with immune-boosting Vitamin C and zinc. This launch is Coca-Cola’s response to the growing demand for functional beverages, competing with prebiotic soda leaders like Olipop and Poppi.

According to Becca Kerr, CEO of Nutrition at Coca-Cola, Gen Z and Millennials are increasingly interested in juice-based and prebiotic sodas but prefer brands they already trust for quality and taste. Simply Pop builds on the success of Coca-Cola’s existing Simply juice line, which includes favorites like Simply Orange and Simply Apple.

Simply Pop will launch in five refreshing flavors:
Strawberry
Lime
Pineapple Mango
Fruit Punch
Citrus Punch
