Brook Bond Red Label has recently launched a new campaign as a part of its ‘Swad Apnepan Ka’ campaign.

Conceptualized by Ogilvy, this film features the objectification of prejudice faced by transgenders. As the film progresses, just a cup of tea changes this for one old lady who gives back for some tea in rush hour gridlock on a blustery day by blessing the transgender.

This campaign follows the brand’s six-pack band activity which featured a band containing transgenders.

According to Shiva Krishnamurthy, VP, tea and foods, HUL

“Brooke Bond Red Label’s purpose is to make India more inclusive. We believe that a tasty cup of tea can help us challenge stereotypes and bring people closer. Our latest TVC is yet another attempt to celebrate diversity and encourage people to truly embrace it.”
