Get ready to take your taste buds on a delicious journey to the Arabian Gulf, right here in Dhaka! Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden presents โ€œA Taste of the Arabian Gulf,โ€ an exciting Middle Eastern buffet dinner at Water Garden Brasserie, bringing together the regionโ€™s rich culture, warm hospitality, and, of course, its incredible food as stated in the Press Release.

The Arabian Gulf, home to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman, is known for its rich culinary traditions, where every country brings its own unique flavours and cooking styles. From fragrant spices and slow-cooked meats to fresh seafood and comforting rice dishes, the cuisine is all about bringing people together. With ingredients like saffron, cardamom, olive oil, grilled meats, and fresh seafood, Arabian Gulf cuisine is full of wonderful aromas and flavorsโ€”food that is made to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered.

Running from August 1 to August 31, 2026, the festival is priced at BDT 8,950 net per person and features a generous spread of traditional Arabian and Middle Eastern favourites. Guests can also enjoy B1G1, B1G2, and B1G3 offers on selected bank cards, making it a great opportunity to gather with family, friends, and colleagues over a delicious dinner.

The journey begins with a tempting selection of classic mezze, including creamy Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Fattoush, Tabouleh, Falafel, Muhammara, Labneh, and Kibbeh. Fresh, colourful, and full of authentic flavours, these traditional favourites offer a delightful introduction to the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East. Moving to the main course, guests can savour fragrant Chicken Mandi, Lamb Ouzi, Chicken Shawarma, Arabic Mixed Grill, Chicken Kabsa, Lamb Machboos, Shish Tawook, and Kofta. The spread is complemented by an enticing selection of grilled and roasted specialtiesโ€™, prepared with aromatic herbs, traditional spices, and time-honoured cooking techniques.

Our talented chefs have brought together some of the regionโ€™s most popular dishes for this special festival, carefully preparing each one to capture the authentic flavors of Arabian cuisine while maintaining the refined dining experience guests have come to expect at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden.

And, of course, no Middle Eastern feast is complete without something sweet. Guests can end their evening with favourites such as Kunafa, with its delicate layers and rich sweetness, and warm, comforting Umm Ali.

More than just a buffet dinner, โ€œA Taste of the Arabian Gulfโ€ is an opportunity to enjoy good food, good company, and a little taste of the regionโ€™s vibrant culture. Whether itโ€™s a family dinner, a get-together with friends, or a special evening with colleagues, Water Garden Brasserie offers the perfect setting to sit back, explore new flavors, and enjoy the warmth of Arabian hospitality.

With an inviting atmosphere, a generous spread of Middle Eastern favourites, authentic flavours, and attractive dining offers, โ€œA Taste of the Arabian Gulfโ€ at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is a delicious invitation to discover the flavours of the Arabian Gulfโ€”all without leaving Dhaka.
