Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Harlan Store, a multi-brand shop operated by Remark HB Ltd. The MoU signing ceremony took place at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka, where Nazrul Islam Sarker, Deputy Managing Director of Walton, and Abdul Alim Shimul, Executive Director of Remark HB, sealed the collaboration.
Walton, a prominent manufacturer and exporter of electronics and technology products, is extending its presence in the home and kitchen appliance sector globally. Remark HB, specializing in multi-brand skincare products, aims to enhance its consumer offerings. As part of the agreement, Remark HB will provide special discounts to Walton members on the purchase of health and beauty products.
Reportedly, Nazrul Islam Sarker expressed gratitude to Remark HB for facilitating discounts for Walton members and highlighted Walton’s commitment to manufacturing and delivering quality products worldwide. Abdul Alim Shimul outlined Remark HB’s initiative to establish 1,000 branded shops nationwide within the next year, where Walton members will receive exclusive discounts.
The MoU signifies a strategic move for both companies, leveraging their strengths to cater to diverse consumer needs. The ceremony was attended by key figures from Walton, including Mohammad Rayhan, Managing Director of Walton Plaza, and additional Managing Directors Amdadul Hoque Sarker and Maj Gen (Retd) Ibne Fazal Shayekhuzzaman.
