BEIJING (Reuters) – Over the weekend, tech giant Huawei unveiled significant price cuts on a range of premium devices, including smartphones, slashing costs by as much as 3,000 yuan ($411) in China reportedly. The announcement, made via Huawei’s official Weibo account on Sunday, coincided with a “Super Brand Day” promotion on China’s top e-commerce platform JD.com.
