BRAC Bank has opened a dedicated Client Service Unit to facilitate international trade for its valued Corporate and Institutional customers, according to press release.
Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Acting Managing Director and CEO of BRAC Bank, formally inaugurated the Service Unit at the bank’s head office in Dhaka on January 1, 2025, in the presence of senior management officials.
Equipped with the most advanced technology and powered by an expert trade services team, the unit will smoothen clients’ export and import services. The client-centric service team will extend one-stop personalized services and proactive issue resolution, ensuring a delightful banking experience.
