BRAC Bank And BSRM Group Sign Strategic Partnership

BRAC Bank has signed a strategic partnership agreement with BSRM Group to help enhance business growth of the leading corporate conglomerate in Bangladesh with exclusive banking services, according to press release.

BSRM Group will leverage BRAC Bank’s extensive distribution network and customized Corporate and Institutional Banking powered by advanced technological capabilities.

Aameir Alihussain, Managing Director of BSRM Group; and Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking of BRAC Bank, signed the strategic agreement at BSRM Group’s corporate office at Sadarghat in Chattogram on February 19, 2025, said in press release.

From BSRM Group, Zohair Taherali, Director; Shekhar Ranjan Kar FCA, Head of Finance and Accounts and Company Secretary; and from BRAC Bank, Kayesh Chowdhury, Head of Regional Corporate, along with other senior officials were also present at the signing ceremony.

This partnership is a significant milestone in fostering mutual business growth and achieving operational excellence. It underscores BRAC Bank’s commitment to empowering its corporate clients with modern, efficient, and technology-driven services.
