Apex Footwear Ltd has posted a 23 percent year-on-year drop in net profit to Tk 13.55 crore for the year ended June 30, 2025, as earnings took a hit amid weaker cash flows. stated in a report.

The company’s earnings per share declined to Tk 8.62 from Tk 11.22 in the previous year, while net operating cash flow per share fell sharply to Tk 56.48 from Tk 165.88.

In response, the board of directors recommended a 25 percent cash dividend along with a 25 percent stock dividend. This is lower than last year’s 35 percent cash payout, though the stock dividend has been raised from 10 percent to 25 percent to strengthen the firm’s capital base.
