THE STORY

Meet Nilu. A beautiful woman at first sight, and a teacher by profession. The campaign begins with Nilu canceling her classes for her date. Her students seem to really look up to her as they inquire about her class cancellations. Furthermore, the campaign sees Nilu sharing a wonderful bond with her students.

Upon reaching her date, we see Nilu as a true example of a Bengali woman, with her invaluable smile, as she spends time laughing and dwelling in conversations with her date. As a call arrives, we see Nilu wanting to leave in a hurry, but her date insists to drop her off. The following scenes see Nilu helping out one of her friends by donating blood.

By the time Nilu and her companion come out, it gets extremely late. We see them in a car heading home, until, well they get hijacked on the way. Things turn even worse, as the hijackers grab a hold of Nilu, will very ill intentions.

THE CLIMAX

Most probably, your initial reaction was sheer panic. You’re thinking that Nilu faced the same consequences as we have been seeing in the real world.

Well, Nilu is a Taekwondo instructor. Yes, you read that right. The campaign sees an incredible turn of events as Nilu fights of more than 4 hijackers, setting herself free.

The message of the campaign is simple: Your safety is your responsibility.

The country needs more people like Nilu, a strong woman, who knows how to defend herself in the face of adversities. Nilu stands as a torchbearer for all the women who have been traumatized by the current situation of the country. The campaign teaches us the importance of self-defense and the crying need of taking responsibility for our own safety.
