A developing country like Bangladesh needs to push again and again. Entrepreneurship by women is gradually increasing. In several places, women are being encouraged to make careers. In an effort to enhance the women empowerment, Pizza Hut announced that the Jamuna future park outlet will now be run by women only.

In this outlet, customer service, store management and food preparation will all be handled by women today.

“To make difference I am very happy to start a new chapter in the history of Bangladesh by opening our first women-run store.,” he said.

Advocating for women’s leadership in the community Transcom started new projects. In South Africa, they started the  leadership initiative. That took place in Bangladesh this time. The iconic brand is committed to equity, opportunity, and unity, taking a locally led yet globally connected approach, with a clear focus on its people, customers, and communities.

According to the CEO of Transcom Foods Limited, Pizza Hut is inconsistently working to maintain its brand and community. This time will be wholly managed by women to maintain its continuity. We believe, this great initiative is going to spread about women’s empowerment along with the love of pizza.

Pizza hut is not only well known for the quality of its food but also makes new pathways for others. The initiative of creating more potential workplaces for women is a new pioneer for women empowerment.
