BRAC Bank has signed an agreement with Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Plc for partnering on online gas bill collection, as stated in the press release.
Under the agreement, BRAC Bank, through its nationwide branch & sub-branches will accept gas bill from metered & non-metered domestic & industrial clients of Titas Gas. The bank will also establish API connectivity with Titas Gas for real-time record update of bill collection. Titas Gas has around 28 lakh customer base who will benefit from this partnership of real-time bill payment and record update solution.
Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking, BRAC Bank; and Md. Lutful Hyder Masum, General Manager & Company Secretary, Titas Gas Transmission, signed the agreement on behalf of respective organizations in Dhaka on November 5, 2024.
Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO, BRAC Bank; and Shahnewaz Parvez, Managing Director, Titas Gas Transmission, were also present in the event.

This collaboration aims to enhance the payment experience for Titas Gas customers by leveraging BRAC Bank’s extensive network, ensuring more accessible and efficient bill payment processes.
