Banglalink wins “Most Compliant Company in VAT operations” Award1 min read
Banglalink, one of the leading digital communications service providers in Bangladesh, has been awarded as one of the Most Compliant Companies in VAT Operations in FY2020-2021, said a press release. Erik Aas, Chief Executive Officer, Banglalink received the award on behalf of the company at an award-giving ceremony organized by Large Taxpayers Unit – Value Added Tax (LTU-VAT) as part of the VAT Week (10-15 December) celebration.
LTU-VAT introduced a new category “Most Compliant Company” this year to motivate all taxpayers in terms of VAT payment and contribute to the Government exchequer by paying VAT transparently. Wahida Rahman Chowdhury, Honorable Commissioner, LTU-VAT handed over the award to Banglalink at the event.
