We might all be staying home around the clock these last few months, but the busyness of our schedule seems to be never-ending. A day-long of meetings on an overheated laptop, negotiations with vendors over the phone from the comforts of your home. Then venturing into the kitchen to try out that Pinterest recipe. The feeling of restlessness that never seems to escape us. That seems to be the new normal for the year 2020.

All of that leads to wanting to try out various things to keep us distracted from the unnerving future. From hanging out with those old childhood friends over Google Meet to watching a movie together from a shared screen over Zoom. We are doing everything differently be it our professional, academic, or personal life. The one constant seems to be that steaming cup of tea to accompany you, leaving a ring mark on the table’s surface.

Whether it is an absolute necessity for you to be able to start your day or you need a cup to wind down in the afternoon, there is nothing like a good cup that hits the spot.

Ispahani Mirzapur Tea’s new campaign creatively uses the current situation beautifully. It shows the importance of tea in our day to day lives. As creatures of habit, there is always something missing from our day without that cup of tea. And the campaign executes that scenario seamlessly. A heartwarming video, Ispahani nailed the storytelling and execution in this campaign.

You might also suddenly have an intense craving for a cup of tea right after watching this ad, but no surprise there!

With an unhealthy obsession for all things Harry Potter, I have always been the nerdy girl who colored inside the lines and lived by the rules. I guess those were the first signs that gave away the fact that I’d grow up to be a bona fide perfectionist. I'm currently working on getting my business degree with big dreams of making a positive change for humanity. As of now, I’m in my final year at BRAC University, majoring in Finance and Marketing. I believe in constant growth and learning, hence I'm always up for new challenges! The world of business has always fascinated me and I'm striving to be a significant part of it. But, my love for reading and writing is and always has been the center of my life.
