Bangladesh Brand Forum organized the first-ever Bangladesh C-Suite Awards in order to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of Bangladeshi business leaders. This prestigious award recognized corporate executives in the Bangladeshi industry who exhibit integrity, insist upon excellence, won the trust of others, and have developed a competitive business.
More than 350 professionals, specialists, and business executives attended the gala night. The honorees were chosen after a renowned advisory board thoroughly evaluated more than 100 nominations from more than 30 companies. 16 Top Executives of Bangladesh received the prestigious award in 16 outstanding categories. One of them is Mr. Golam Murshed, Managing Director and CEO of WALTON Hi-Tech Industries Plc, who won Emerging CEO of the Year at this award ceremony.
Golam Murshed, the current Managing Director and CEO of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd., is one of the key individuals whose contributions have been significant in the company’s current success. He joined Walton in 2010 as an assistant engineer and rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director and CEO of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. In fact, he was responsible for getting Walton Hi-Tech Industries listed on the stock exchange. Walton is working under his direction to create Walton as one of the world’s leading brands by 2030 through technological innovation.
The 6th Leadership Summit, with the subject “Transformative Humane Leadership During Extraordinary Times,” came before the inaugural Bangladesh C-Suite Award. Four-panel discussions, four keynote addresses, and one insight session mainly composed the summit. Leaders and industry professionals from home and abroad presented their experiences and expertise on leadership throughout the day-long summit.
