The new corporate logo of Facebook will probably solve one of the major issues currently the global social media giant is facing.
Facebook, the brainchild of Mark Zuckerberg has launched its new corporate logo. The unveiling took place to represent the parent company of global social media giants like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook itself and many more, etc.
With a very simple and generic customized font, the logo itself is so minimalistic that it would simply fit on a royalty card. Facebook revealed a GIF to showcase the newly developed logo in different colors to represent its different products. Such as blue for Facebook proper, green for WhatsApp, pinkish for Instagram, and so on.
We’ve known for a few months that Facebook would before long include “from Facebook” inside a portion of its different apps. It turns out that we’re going to see this logo rather than the conventional blocky blue Facebook traditional logo.
The logo should be put to use in the “coming weeks” inside Facebook items and promoting materials.
Since now, Facebook always was comfortable to use their traditional blue logo for representing the whole company. And the trend was the intake for the last 15 years. According to Facebook- the new logo using custom typography is designed to designed for clarity, with the goal of creating a visual distinction between the company and its owned apps.
“People should know which companies make the products they use,” said Antonio Lucio, Facebook’s chief marketing officer.
Why the change was inevitable?

The new logo might put a break to all the negative effects on other apps owned by Facebook whenever there is a controversy regarding Facebook. The brand-new logos appear to state that Facebook the organization isn’t altogether characterized by Facebook the social network only — they simply happen to have a similar name and controlling interests.
According to Bloomberg, Antonio Lucio stated that changing the name of the parent company was also considered. But they decided against as Facebook didn’t want to be a company that runs away from its problem.
