Additionally, her tenure as the Director of People and Culture at Philip Morris International’s Indian branch underscores her proficiency in managing diverse workforce dynamics in the region.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Loma is recognized for her advocacy of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
